I just receieed my WF for VS 9000HD and I am having some problems getting it to work, I hae no Audio or video. I read all the posts on how to set up my WF and everything looks good. I reset my modem, nothing. I did a factory reset and followed all the instruction again on the WF setup, nothing. I reset my modem and turn off my STB from the back again and nothing. Any suggestions? Oh, I have a Nano 2 that is working fine.

VS was freezing yesterday and earlier today but it's back up now, did you load latest factory then WF file and rescanned?

Hi Tuxedo, Probably nothing you can do about it. I'd go back to the Nano if I was you for awhile. I am having the exact same problem and know for a fact it has nothing to do with my end because I have reset my receiver as well and have reprogrammed it with no luck. I have found that usually if you have double checked everything and have found nothing wrong then chances are there is nothing wrong. I believe that the server is having problems and that some people are lucky enough to be close enough to the server to be able to get the signal while others like myself are just not able to join up with the server at this time.

there are no hd channels available only sd It is up though

Torpainter, I'm not saying it's not up, I'm just saying for some because of some reason with the server and no fault of our own, some people are not able to receive the channels as of yet. Hearing people say it's up is good and all but it drives some people crazy trying to figure out why they aren't getting channels when it has nothing to do with their settings. I say sometimes it's your settings but sometimes it's just the luck of the draw. I know my settings are correct because they did work and I haven't changed anything and now they don't work and I would imagine I'm not the only one in this boat by the sounds of it.
