I have a viewsat ultra, and the weather forcastor. I have watched the idiots guide as well as the ftapro's instructions. And I believe I have done everything I can but I still have nothing.
How can I tell if my weather forcastor is working?
I don't see weather forcast anywhere?
Also what is the loader taht ftapro talk of in instruction #3,4,5??
Any help can't hurt but a phone # I could call would be great.

Steps 3,4 and 5 are for using your pc loader to load files.You can use usb instead.

When you went through the serial setup was it successful?

EKIM totally got my problem fixed thanks and keep up the good work.

Your welcome.Just to let other members know what we did.We had to go into network connects and allow other users to share this internet connection.Then did a receiver reboot.Then went through the serial setup and s/w update again.


Mitchell's wf is hardwired to a laptop and wireless to satellite internet connection.
